Chocolate cake

When I make this cake, I forgot to buy fruit for decoration. My fridge only have apple. Then I using green apple to decorate this cake.

This Lemon Cheese cake, the very nice but so thickness so thin, because I using 23cm Pan too big.

Fruit Cake with Liquid Brandy

First time I make fruit cake for the chrismas, but my children don,t like it, they said got some smelly, because I put in some almond and Brandy Liquid. Husband and Aunty Said very nice put more brandy taste is better.

Crab Mee

Learn from Carol Blog, Crab cook with Mee, actually carol blog with " Tong Fun" because my husband don't like of " Tong Fun" then I change to Mee. My family very like it. but my husband said not enought gralic. Next time cook much put more gralic.

Swiss Roll

I learn from Ohbin Blog, The swiss roll with mayonis, but I roll not enought tight, may be I wait until cool then to roll, but the taste very nice my husband and children very very like, I make 2 roll only. My children ask me make again.

Butter Icing cake

First time I make butter cake, since I cannot get the strawbelly, I only decoration some kiwi only but go to my mother inlaw house at the fridge I saw some strawbelly then at in to the butter cake. The decoration look nice but the not very fresh.
