柠檬牛油马芬 (Lemon Butter Muffin)
From Ohbin blog saw Lemon Butter cake like very delicious. This week I also learn to make but I change to Muffin. Really very tasty lemon.
| 材料: |
| 1. 牛油125g |
| 2. 幼糖 100g |
| 3. 柠檬皮 1粒 (用削皮的工具削) |
| 4. 鸡蛋 2粒 |
| 5. 自发粉 175g |
| 6. 鲜奶 4汤匙 |
| 糖浆(加热至糖溶): |
| 1.幼糖 3 汤匙 |
| 2. 柠一粒柠檬的汁 |
| 3. 一粒柠檬皮 |
| 注:可试试糖浆的酸度,若你觉得太酸,加多一点糖 |
| 做法: |
| 1. 牛油及糖打至松发,慢慢加入鸡蛋,柠檬皮,搅拌均匀 |
| 2. 拌入面粉和鲜奶拌均即可 |
| 3. 倒入烤盘里,180c大约40-45分钟 |
| 4.蛋糕熟后用竹签插洞,把糖浆平均的淋在蛋糕上 |
| 5. 把蛋糕隔夜第二天食用为佳 |
