Crumble Apple Cheesecake







   8" Round Pan

Crust: (Next time can use half crust recipe)
2 cups all-purpose flour (250g)  - 
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar (110g)
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened (250g)

Apples: 
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
   2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Cheesecake Layer:
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened (250g)
1/2 cup white sugar (100g)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Streusel Topping:
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar (110g)
1 cup all-purpose flour (125g)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup quick cooking oats (75g)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened (125g)
