材料: |
去核榴莲肉约120g(先搅烂成糊状再过筛) |
奶油60g |
糖60g(我用了30g红糖,30g白糖) |
鸡蛋3个 |
低筋面粉90g |
发粉1小匙 |
盐1/4小匙 |
塔塔粉1/4小匙 |
烤焙: |
1. 蛋白加入塔塔粉和30g白糖 打至硬性发泡,冷藏备用。 |
2. 奶油加30克红糖打至松发。 |
3. 蛋黄逐个加入拌匀。 |
4. 榴莲茸加入拌匀。 |
5. 筛入粉料拌匀便是榴莲面糊。 |
6. 取1/3打发蛋白加入榴莲面糊用橡皮刮刀拌匀。 |
7. 重复步骤( 6 )。 |
8. 把拌匀的面糊倒入剩余的蛋白里,拌匀,即成蛋糕面糊。 |
9. 把面糊舀8分满入纸杯里,烤箱预热至150度,烤约25分钟或至熟。(温度视个人烤箱) |

Durian Cupcakes
Last weeks friend get some Durian us but not very nice the taste. I put in tupperware in refrigerator 3 days. Yesterday after works at night make it 19 durian cupcakes. first time to make this cupcakes. The taste still can.
