Chicken Pie

This week I make 10 nos of Chicken Pie. The Pie Pastry very difficult to make from 4.30pm to 7.30pm take 3 hours to done the pastry, not enough time to baking, I want go to " Yu Hai" take buffer dinner. All the Chicken Pie put in frezer next day to baking. Look like very nice. My hubby say taste very nice and my children also like to eat. haha!!!!!






内陷的材料:
1. 两个全鸡腿肉(去骨后切丁,用酱油,胡椒粉和盐腌)
2. 洋葱3-4粒(视乎大小粒,切丁)
3. 冷冻蔬菜粒(绿豆,萝卜和甜粟)
4. 马铃薯3粒(Ohbin喜欢用Russet Potatoes,煮熟或微波熟都行,切丁)
5. 蛋3粒 (煮熟剥壳一粒分成4份)
6. 蒜头茸
做法:
1. 爆香蒜头茸和洋葱粒 
2. 加入鸡肉丁炒熟,加入蔬菜粒
3. 放调味料(蚝油,鸡粉,酱油,盐和大量的胡椒粉)
4. 倒入适量的鲜奶(淡奶也行)后,加入马铃薯丁搅拌均匀
5. 加入少许的芝士粉即可
6. 把馅料放进已经有了底层酥皮的模型,加鸡蛋,盖上酥皮,烘烤至酥皮熟即可。
